Refund policy

Thank you so much for supporting Bila London.

As all our garments are made to order, we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind. However, we are more than happy to exchange your items for you.

Please visit the sizing guide page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size. If unsure please email info@bilalondon.co.uk with any questions.

We do accept exchanges if the fit is not as desired, please email info@bilalondon.co.uk within 3 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided to you. Exchanges must be posted back with a tracked service and  should be paid for by the customer.
